Liked: Palazzo Ripetta is my new favourite place in Rome: design thought through to the tiniest details, exquisitely stylish rooms and lobbies, delicious breakfast, extraordinarily helpful staff who strives to meet and preempt every request, - the Italian hospitality and quality at its super best!
Disliked: No such thing honestly even if I aimed at seeking for flaws!

Liked: excellent location, room perfect, service of the staff top notchthe breakfast is "continental". I do understand Italians do not have a breakfast culture - here is a bit of room for improvement. This however in the context that overall this is an almost perfect hotel

Liked: The property is exceptional, perfectly located walking distance to attractions, shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: The property did not have a gym or spa as advertised on the listing.

A joy to use as...

Liked: In an excellent location, the hotel offers a luxury base from which to explore Rome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Recently refurbished, the rooms were excellent and generous in size with a great turndown service. The breakfast buffet was a joy to wake up to and the rooftop bar is an excellent location for pre-dinner drinks.
