Liked: The staff are extremely friendly and super helpful for anything you need, even after hours! Such a lovely comfortable space, with clean amenities and a spacious room. It was close to the Campo Di Marte Train station for a quick day trip to Pisa! Also close by busses, and a nice walk into the city centre if you walk over the bridge of the train station. The neighbourhood is also very lovely and super safe! My partner and I walked home late every night and felt right at home! Highly recommend this space if you want a spot away from the city chaos at the end of the evening! Easy to access bus routes and right next to the soccer stadium. We’re so grateful for the accommodations provided from Palazzo Lombardo!

Liked: Nice, quiet, clean room. Friendly staff. Free tea, coffee & snacks
Disliked: Not the hotel’s fault but worth noting that from the station, the only direct way to get to the hotel is via the walkway over the railway line which involves lots of steps so a little tricky when you have big suitcases or are unable to use stairs very well, otherwise it’s quite a long walk along very narrow footpaths.
