Liked: Lovely hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast included and the hotel restraurant was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff

Liked: A beautiful hotel with brilliant staff in an excellent location. The reception team are warm and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. The team in the restaurant were also exceptional and so helpful in bringing drinks outside in plastic glasses so we could sit in the beautiful garden or use the pool. The rooms were spotlessly clean so the cleaners deserve high praise. The little spa and swimming pool were a great treat after a day's sightseeing. Out of the 3 hotels we stayed in Tuscany this was head and shoulders above the rest. Finally the beds and the pillows in the hotel were the comfiest I have ever experienced. Overall a 5 star experience.
Disliked: Have more waiters working at breakfast rush as the workers looked to be rushed off their feet. Although never without a smile!

A tranquil haven in the...

Liked: This is a fantastic property. It’s a tranquil haven in the middle of a busy city. The spa is a great place to unwind after a day in the city. The location is excellent, most major things walkable in 20 mins max. The views from our room were stunning over the Florence skyline.
Disliked: The service at breakfast was slightly slow but not by much.
