Liked: Lovely hotel, very friendly staff from reception to breakfast. Good location near some excellent restaurants. Rooms clean and nicely decorated. Nothing to complain about.

Liked: Location was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Beautiful courtyard area and plants. Very dark room for sleeping.
Disliked: The hotel needs to be updated. Shower was old and dilapidated in the floor that they covered with a wooden thing. Needs some tlc and refurbishment.

Liked: Great location, spacious rooms, good breakfast with a nice selection and attentive staff. Very clean rooms and great housekeeping.
Disliked: The A/C did not allow us to lower the room temperature to lower than approx. 26 degrees celsius. The WiFi range was poor and no connection in the room. The shower temperature varied a lot.

Liked: Stunning historic palazzo with magnificent architecture and prime location in Naples city center. The grand lobby with its elegant design immediately sets the tone for a luxurious stay. As someone who invests in premium hotels, I appreciate properties that successfully blend historical charm with modern comfort. The central location makes exploring Naples incredibly convenient.
