I was unable to stay...

Liked: The building and location is nice — I did NOT enter a room nor get to see as they failed to provide me the required info to do so.
Disliked: Their contact number has too many numbers so you are unable to call. They failed to provide a check-in link in time to check-in as paid for. They never gave a room number nor way of entry. They were very unresponsive on Booking. And without providing a reason, they said they could no longer accommodate me after taking my payment and confirming my stay. They stole my money and left me anxious and in fear being in a foreign country without a safe place to stay.

No AC remote control

Disliked: No AC control remote and the personal never gave a solution even múltiple times requested a AC control replacement.

Exceptional

Liked: property was comfortable. Air Con not working, would have been nice. Hard to find once in the building, needs a bigger sign on the door of the lift. Great spot very central to everything. Would be a little more comfortable for visitors if we could speak to staff about issues. Reception was not manned the whole time we were there.

Disliked: Bad Response Times. TV not usable as no batteries in remote control. AC installed, but nor control available.

Disliked: Noisy when the bar/club upstairs empties out into the courtyard below… but with windows closed it was still great

Disliked: we are upset that we spent a vacation in these apartments! The number in the photographs does not correspond to them in real life! Namely, they are small and there is a kitchen in the photo, it was important for us. But when we went to the kitchen apartment there was no. The owners of the apartments did not answer our letters regarding this question, their phone was not available.

Disliked: Broken AC, no real person to talk to. They hired an AI machine that responded to my messages within few minutes and kept promising of fixing the AC issue and nothing actually happened!
