Amazing hotel in a lovely...

Liked: The room was nice, spacious and having everything you need or you can imagine that you can need. Very good breakfast. Very good location between the train station (lovely too) and the nice historical center of the town.

Disliked: Because I was traveling from Finland in the evening I requested a late check-in time between 1:00 AM and 2:00 AM, which was confirmed by acommodation staf. However, when I arrived at your hotel on at 1:15 AM, I found the door locked and no one at the reception desk. I attempted to call the provided phone number, but only reached an automated answering system that spoke in Danish, which I could not understand. As a result, I was unable to check in and had to find alternative accommodation in the middle of the night. I contacted the accommodation next day, because stay was charged fully to my credit card upfront After that they occasionnaly response to my urgence and for two month they several times promised refund, but after that they stoped communicate. So this is their customer approach. I am diapointed in these days they are not able to provide customers with english speeking service and their willingness to solve the problem is minimal. I hope that they use my money at least to record their telephone answering machine in english.
