Stunning hotel, staff incredible and...

Liked: The location, staff, room was absolutely amazing. We had booked for 2 nights at the beginning of our holiday but loved it so much we returned at the end of our trip.
Disliked: The rooftop bar was not open to guests because of a private function.

Liked: Fantastic location and a beautiful hotel throughout. All members of staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our stay brilliant. Absolutely will be visiting again if we find ourselves back in the city!

Liked: One the best places I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. From start to finish it met and exceeded all expectations. Staff couldn’t be more friendly and helped us with everything we could have needed. From letting us check in early and check out late to recommending every single place we ate at haha ( all amazing! ) Hotel and rooms are stunning and you have to have a drink in the rooftop over looking the cathedral! Defo a must stay if you are coming to Valencia.

Liked: A beautiful palace in a perfect, central location. Lovely helpful staff. A gorgeous place to stay in - highly recommended. Book a bigger sized room if possible.
