Ridiculous

Liked: Everything was nice
Disliked: The check in process was ridiculous. I reserved the room and my husband checked in. They would not let him check in because I was not there even though he had my credit card and I was on the phone when he tried. The one I booked and paid for was overbooked so they had to move us to another location next door. My husband went back and forth to get into a room. We were both so mad. He had an event to get to and couldn't even check in. Eventually they let him check in at the second location. If I pd in advance for the original hotel, why would they overbook!

Disliked: Woke up to a tick crawling on and the headboard. Staff did not address. Manager never returned calls.

Bad

Liked: Freeway access
Disliked: The toilet leaked. Soda snack machines were at a secondary hotel. Continental breakfast served at adjacent hotel. All amenities were at the adjacent hotel. Check out staff were rude and confrontational refused to give any kind of invoice or receipt.

Never again will we stay

Liked: It was close to where we wanted to be
Disliked: They don’t do room service unless you ask them too . Breakfast we had to go next door . Also we showed up 30 min before they closed and waited for people to finish getting their food . By the time we had a chance to get our stuff they were already putting away the stuff right at 10 o’clock which we could only grab what we could .

Liked: It was amazing. Nice & clean and updated.
Disliked: You had to go to the other hotel for breakfast. Which going to the other & then the breakfast was not very good. Hardly anything to choose from.
