Great room, great hotel. Overall...

Liked: Everything, room was clean, ample and new. Location was great, close to amazing taco place and a super market. The pool was lovely, it had an area with sand near the pool, which my 4 year old loved. Room service was great, fair warning, the portions are Huge but the prices are reasonable. It also has the beach club service, which we fully took advantage as we spent the day there and even ate fresh fish, food was delicious. We will go back, my recommendation is DO NOT take the All inclusive package as Acapulco has a lot of places you can eat well.
Disliked: The only nuissance was the check in, it was a little slow but I think that the girl was in the middle of her training.

Liked: Beautiful hotel, really nice and clean. Good service. Rooms big, nice, cozy and clean. good breakfast. Beutiful and clean pools. Great service on the pool.
Disliked: Far from the city center. Long line to wait for check in, check out and for a breakfast or dinner. There is a transfer to the beach and from the beach, but it's quite far.
