Beautiful hotel in the center...

Liked: The staff was great! The view from my room was incredible! The breakfast was delicious!

Liked: Perfect location. Elegant setting. Amazing view from our room. Wonderful staff. We felt pampered!
Disliked: We are a family of four and stayed in a room with two double beds. There isn't very much space to store clothes or bathroom items, and not much privacy between the bathroom area and the rest of the room. Great room for a couple, but a little tight for a family.

Liked: Great location, near to everything. The entrance decor and design of shared areas was beautiful. The beds and pillows were fabulous.
Disliked: The room decor was minimal, which I like, but a fridge and tea making facilities would have been good. Could have done with a bit more sound proofing. Breakfast was pretty basic.

Beautiful hotel, but a little...

Liked: Amazing location steps from the plaza. Beautiful old building.
Disliked: The coffee on the first day was undrinkable. Ordering a cappucino didn't help. Coffee in Mexico is great....the second day we went out before breakfast to buy coffee.

Disliked: The linens and towels are kind of old

Perfect location for visiting Puebla

Liked: Perfect location and nice building. Good express breakfast.
Disliked: The room is small but still ok for few days visiting the city.

Unfortunately we won't be staying...

Liked: The food was delicious, and the service was very good. Staff was very courteous, helpful and accommodating. No complaints there. We enjoyed breakfast and other meals at other times. The final touch on all dishes were certainly from an experienced hand of a chef. Congratulations.
Disliked: Our main concern was that the hotel is not equipped to accommodate senior citizens. For example, to get to the elevator a person needs to walk a fair distance where there are steps on the way and no handrails. Of course it is a very nice hotel with a minimalist flavour, beautifully renovated. We had a room on the fifth floor with a beautiful view.
