Not really worthy of 4...

Liked: Good location and friendly staff
Disliked: Parking advertised on Booking.com was a 1000m walk and cost almost 20 euros per day. Junior suite was nothing more than a medium sized room with a long corridor to the bathroom. No lifts - very steep stairs to our "suite". Breakfast okay but v overpriced. V noisy location - noise till after 3am. Quirky hotel but seen better days, needing some tlc and not really meriting its 4 stars.

Liked: A very enjoyable stay at this beautiful classical Spanish hotel; lots of little luxuries added to our comfort. Very courteous, knowledgeable helpful staff.

Great location, old historic building.

Liked: Great location, beautiful old historic house and easy walking to everywhere. Loved the location and little bars and restaurants nearby.
Disliked: A great old historical building which also brings with it some older facilities, ie bathroom where you could hear the noise of the fellow hotel guests. We had a superior room booked with a view of the Alhambra which turned out to be a view of one small outside wall, so don’t spend the extra money. Be aware, no chance to get there with your own car, only taxi or Uber or walking, the car parking options are a taxi ride away. Hence the great location by the river.

Liked: Location. The view of the Alhambra from our little balcony was amazing. Such old world charm.
Disliked: It was VERY VERY noisy! Our room overlooked one of the main thoroughfares and it was very noisy!!

Amazing choice, great location

Liked: Stunning room with a view of the Al Hambra. Amazing to lie in a luxurious bed and see it lit up. Service was friendly and helpful and the location couldn't be better, just off Carro Neuvo Comfy robes.and slippers. Relaxing shower and lots of amenities. I will be staying here on my next visit to Granada.
Disliked: Street was lively at night but didn't interrupt sleep at all.

Liked: Location, comfortable room and good breakfast although repetitive if staying a few days.
Disliked: Clothes storage limited, not enough shelves.
