Very good

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Our air went out on the hottest day of the year. We went 1 night and 1 day without air. They did bring us fans.The elevator shook and made a noise.

Enjoy the place but pricing...

Liked: Kitchen, space of unit, staff, room, gated security, location...
Disliked: Room didn't overlook pool (last time we stayed it did). Price much higher than the last time we stayed. Room starting to show some wear and tear...bathroom door crazy squeaky, pain chips on cabinet, light shining under entry door, refrigerator door had loud noise when opening and closing... Parking spaces tight and limited.I would say that based on price, we are not likely to return...

Liked: We loved everything about the staff, amenities, location, etc.
Disliked: On the last night of our stay, someone keyed the rental car we were driving from the front driver side all the way to the back of the SUV...all the way through the paint...still waiting to see how much that's going to cost us. We had additional liability insurance on the rental contract, but not a comprehensive... Just wondering if the property has a security patrol or not. If not, they could really use one.

We probably won’t be back...

Liked: The pool area was nice
Disliked: Our unit had cockroaches!! Every time we come back at night they were all over kitchen! And tv in living room didn’t work, the patio was dirty and looked not taken care of and the place is outdated

Superb

Liked: Most everything.
Disliked: The door hinges could use some WD-40. They squeak loud enough to wake up anyone that is sleeping. The thermostat didn't keep the room as cool as we had hoped.Working with Booking.com wasn't my favorite thing. I had a hard time understanding the reps when I spoke with them on the phone. I was on hold way too long with them. I don't know if it was something I did wrong, but they had my first and last name switched.

Great value and clean facility!

Liked: Many options of things to do at the resort. Clean and close to attractions.
Disliked: Overall was great. The master bedroom bed was hard.
