Incorrect price advertisement at booking.com,...

Liked: Rooms are clean, swimming pool is nice (although next to a busy road).
Disliked: We arrived with three young children with quite some bags. The taxi dropped us accidentally off at the casino, but the hotel staff was not willing to help us to get the luggage to the hotel (not even by giving us a small carriage to facilitate this transfer) - with over 40 degrees celsius having to carry 5 large bags + three young children over the parking lot without help was challenging and not very customer-friendly. We asked for two rooms next to each other but did not get them - initially they even allocated us at very different floors. Despite the price at booking.com indicating parking is included as well as a resort fee and internet, the hotel charges these costs again at your creditcard when checking in, so the price advertised at booking.com is not the correct one, they do charge much more money from your credit card. This is an example of false price advertisement, and even when confronting them with the fact that our price indicated these costs were included we were forced to pay these costs to get our room. So despite the hotel being clean and overall nice, the way the staff treated us was extremely disappointing, we will never ever book a room in this hotel again.

Liked: I found your staff really really nice and helpful especially the older lady that sat by the elevators to our room. She gave me directions to 7/11. I hope you can find out who she is and tell her how much I appreciated her and her kindness.
Disliked: 4.99 for an iced tea. Absolutely ridiculous. And an envelope in my room asking for a tip to the maid for doing her job. 1 time.

Liked: Everything was excellent the staff and the location was the best . They went above and beyond for us housekeeping found my jewelry and the staff mailed it back to me and I am so thankful

Noisy, uncomfortable and not well...

Liked: It was in proximity to where we needed to conduct business. Free Parking. The registration staff were prompt.
Disliked: The room was located between the fitness center and a storage room. Early mornings and late nights there was wall shaking pounding coming from the fitness center and the staff was told, but nothing was done. We asked for another room, but they said we would have to upgrade to a suite that would cost more money. No coffee in the rooms. Restaurant in the casino was extremely slow at seating and took forever to serve us. Very in unorganized! Drains in the bathroom were very slow and sink filled just washing hands. They would not let us use the luggage carts to bring in or take out our luggage and said we would have to get a bellman if we wanted a cart. We would not go back to this hotel ever again!
