Liked: The location is very good and its pools are good for the price.
Disliked: The service is very bad. Their beds are uncomfortable and quite worn. Their mattresses need to be replaced. The bad smell of humidity is very strong.

Disliked: The dogs, didn’t realize this was pet friendly. Based on reviews it didn’t appear to be.

Liked: It was great all around
Disliked: My brother name was on the list of people. But he was locked out all night and they wouldn’t let him in the y didn’t even ask for his information. He slept outside in front of the hotel until the front doors were open. I filed a missing police report and all. That part was ridiculous.

Liked: Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The parking was very convenient.
Disliked: My booking was for one room with two bedrooms, when I got there, they put me in one room with one bedroom. They tried to tell me I had booked two, one-bedroom rooms. I showed my confirmation which was for one room. They tried to charge me two deposits. they did refund the other deposit. I was traveling with a friend so one of us had to sleep on the sofa. The air conditioner went out, so we had to change rooms.
