Did not expect a 5...

Liked: Beds were very comfortable. The AC was nice and cold, worked well. TV had good channel selection. Convenient location.
Disliked: The guests above us on 2nd were noisy, we stayed on the first floor below. There was an odd guest whom was in a wheelchair that was dirty/ had issues and knocked on our door several times for help.

Disappointed at staff. The women...

Liked: The facility is really clean
Disliked: I Don’t like how the male staff treat returning guests they shouldn’t get too comfortable, taking returning business for granted. We had electrical issues, lights flickering on and off and we asked the staff to move our room. He told us no he will come change the light bulbs. He was very rude while shoving the paper under the window opening for us to sign. so we checked out. We took our business somewhere else.
