Disliked: The facility and the rooms have an extreme odor of cheap cleaning products. The room smelled like a cross between fabuloso and cologne. A neutral or no smell disinfectant should be used to clean the bathroom as well as the floors. I have allergies to perfumes and colognes and had to sleep with my nose covered and had a headache and cough due to the smell! It was a terrible experience!

Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful—genuine hospitality that really stood out.The entire property is spotless. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed to relax after a long day. You can tell they take pride in keeping the place in top shape.Another huge plus: the location! It’s conveniently located right off the freeway, which made it super easy to find and perfect for travelers like me who are on the go. Despite the proximity to the freeway, it was quiet and peaceful inside—no noise issues at all.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay, Hotel Platinum Inn checks all the boxes. I’ll definitely be coming back!
