Liked: Staff were so helpful and brilliant. Amenities like toothbrush etc were so helpful
Disliked: The bedsheets had stain on them. Room was not that spacious

Disliked: The door couldn’t lock. The AC was not working properly. The floors were dirty. There was no breakfast even though it said the stay included it.

Liked: The room i had was fully renovated and was roomy & comfortable. I received excellent service by everyone i had contact with. Outstanding for the price.
Disliked: From the outside it doesn't look very appealing but the room was so well finished. The area is a little dodgy, but I had no problems during my stay.

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The location was okay it's by the interstate but the are was safe . The hotel was nice and clean . We definitely would stay again.
Disliked: No pool or hot breakfast but they offer muffins and other stuff which was nice.
