Liked: The property was well kept.
Disliked: The staff was quite unprofessional whenever I had to call and be transferred to the room. If they don’t like transferring calls, get a system to self transfer. The housekeeping is mandatory and that wasn’t told about during check in nor was it documented. It’s fine to have the service but it should be optional or at least advise the guest beforehand. They were out of a lot of items even for the grab and go breakfast and there wasn’t much of a selection.
