Liked: I liked that the one representative figured it out n go us in.
Disliked: Unorganized I paid for a room n they didn’t see that I was the one from the day before n they checked the rooms and things left wasn’t returned or mentioned. Two violation parking tags were put on my car when what was told to me y that was is because I never received a parking pass which I wasn’t aware of which that is their job to make sure that all guests are properly taking care of. I felt discriminated n unwelcome. Makes me want to give a bad review. But because the representative who helped me was so helpful( i liked to her) so I want to say because of her service I felt good. When she left it went down hill from there.

Liked: Location in proximity to family was great. Location as far as crossing all the lanes when getting off Highway not so great. Plus the noise from Highway at night wasn’t so great. But the facility was clean and the staff was very helpful.
Disliked: Crossing multiple lanes of traffic when getting off freeway makes it easy to miss your turn. Noise from traffic at night makes it a little difficult to sleep…
