Liked: I appreciated the friendly and prompt way a technical problem in the room was resolved. I also appreciated the facilities of tea/coffee maker and a little fridge in the room. The booking did not include breakfast. A breakfast buffet was available in the coffee shop/ restaurant in the house at a rate of 15 EURO. It was okay?, including the usual offerings but the inside space where it was served was not so nice (no windows).
Disliked: It took a bit of a struggle to get the room made up. When I am traveling for work and may have to work in the room, I hope to have it done in the morning. When I was complaining- the room hadn’t been made up by 1.30pm, the reception staff told me that it could be done at any time until 3pm and that those rooms would be done first that had to be ready for new guests (check in time is 3pm - why not making up the rooms of guests staying first and those for new guests afterwards as check in is only from 3pm?)

Best for couple days stay.

Liked: Great and spacious accommodations for families, the restaurant downstairs is great and people and service was great there too.
Disliked: Parking can be far

Liked: Great hotel. Amazing location. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that there was no elevator to get to our room. We had to climb 4 flights of stairs and weren’t informed about this beforehand. My parents who are old had a tough time. ESP carrying all the luggage up etc. Other than that, loved every bit of our stay.

Liked: Very central near the clock and bridge. A short walk to Tescos too. It was an apartment that had a 24hour reception if needed.
Disliked: Nothing

Misleading and outdated, doesn't resemble...

Disliked: Unfortunately we left the hotel two hours after our arrival as it didn't resemble the accommodation that was advertised on booking.com.

Liked: This is in the heart of Prague, Old Town
Disliked: It was suppose to have been two double beds, but was one double bed and a sofa with double bed, and as combined sofa and bed it is never or seldom a good combination.
