More than you can expect
Liked: I really like the stay at the Pakat Suites. I found the staff super friendly and super avaiable for each kind of request.The apartment had all the confort that were described into the insertion and having the dishwasher and the cooking area is fantastic. The apartment was also quite big.The location is fine, it is not in the city center but anyway there is the UBahn very close.
Disliked: Actually I have nothing to say agaist the stay, maybe the only suggestion would be to change the towels every 3 days instead of every week. Again, the staff offers to do so really nothing bad

Liked: Staff were very kind and responsive. Conveniently located in a nice neighbourhood, but still walking distance from the main train station. Very clean and good facilities (washing machine, fridge, air conditioning).

Disregard for needs, low-grade manipulation,...
Liked: I was misled by a rating higher than 9.Let's start with the cons:1. Everything you get and everything they provide you with as a gesture of hospitality is a trick. Don't be fooled. Then you will fall into a trap of manipulation. At a convenient opportunity (if it appears) they will point out that "this" you got for free, but in fact "this" costs money, with the subtext - we tried so hard for you, so now appreciate our service, hospitality and helpfulness and God forbid you remain dissatisfied.This is the most banal and low-grade manipulation - to reproach with what was provided voluntarily and free of charge - but they use this cheap trick.2. Disregard for the needs of guests. I am a person with a disability (pulmonary disease). A few days before arrival, I asked to thoroughly clean the room from dust, especially in "less typical" places. Usually these are radiators, baseboards, picture frames, window frames, etc. The manager completely ignored my need. In some places, the dust lay in clumps, as if it had not been cleaned for many months.As a result, out of seven days of staying in the apartment, my health could not be called satisfactory for six days. I was forced to constantly take expensive medications to smooth out the symptoms. The deterioration of my health made unpleasant and significant adjustments to my wife and me's leisure program and our plans. Due to poor health, we were unable to visit a number of locations and places for which tickets had already been purchased.Our psycho-emotional state was extremely unsatisfactory and we could not get the pleasure from the vacation that we could count on.
Disliked: 3. My wife and I were forced to partially clean the room ourselves.We found a lot of dust on:- the lamp above the double bed- the wardrobe (especially on the sashes)- on the sliding door to the bedroom- on the baseboards, especially under the radiators, plus women's hair.- on the upper surfaces of the window sashes- on the heating radiatorsI found a cobweb on the ceiling and near the balcony door.4. I did not see any gestures (actions or incentives) that would somehow compensate for the problems that arose with my health. Only a formal and heartless - "sorry, we did not want this."And even worse. This is the manipulation that I have already written about. It looks like an attempt to manage and control the guest. I heard something like this phrase - "You remember, we provided you with an additional bottle of soap for free at your request and took the trash out of the room for free."As if this bottle of soap somehow solves my health problem.But the subtext is even worse, more merciless and scarier - we gave you a bottle of soap and took out the trash, so now sit and don't complain about the poor cleaning and your poor health.5. There are cockroaches in the apartment. We saw two, and managed to photograph one.6. If you turn on a little more water pressure in the shower, the drain will not cope and you will end up ankle-deep in dirty water.7. The microwave was dirty, with traces of grease and food remains from previous guests.8. Terrible Wi-Fi

Quiet spacious accommodation in Great...
Liked: Location was great a step from the Belvedere and only 20mn walk from the Staat Opera. Parking was easy on the street. Room / apartment was great and clean. Staff was very good.
Disliked: Fitness room was a bit run down
