It was okay but could...

Liked: Great location, staff friendly and courteous, parking was good, close to shopping center/ walmart/ sams club
Disliked: Construction going on and renivation therefore elevators was cut down to one and the wait time was like 10-20 minutes wait and could only fit up to 4 people with baggage if youʻre lucky. The bathroom tub was really old and shower curtains were torn but manageable hopefully by my next trip the renovation would be completed and it would be the Pagoda that I remembered from my past trips. It was always so clean and family oriented. It is still a family oriented hotel just the cleanliness dropped down abot 2 notches in point value.

Disliked: The construction workers were making such loud noise during sleep time

Liked: I like the location
Disliked: I didn’t like the smell and the toilet is not clean. We can smell cigarette or just something old. Carpet is old and doors bang so loud when u close. Parking is not convenient at all.

I will not come back...

Liked: It was convenience to my work location. The size of the room was good
Disliked: The staff was very unkind. I experience some racism. The carpet was extremely dirty where I did not take my shoes off to walk on the floor

Decent place, construction work made...

Liked: Location great, right in heart of Honolulu. Staff pretty nice and accommodating. Sizable and clean room for a decent price.
Disliked: Ton of construction going on. Pool was down, got waken up at 6AM multiple times terrible noise. Had to get refunded some amount for the disturbance.

Overall it was pretty nice.

Liked: Location was pretty safe and close to everything.
Disliked: They should increase pest control like roach traps for the hotel. Hotel was clean but a few were crawling around.
