Going to be my first...

Liked: Location right on the beachfront. The staff, Coffee in the reception, the friendliness of the other guests. Close to Supermarket and places to eat. Nice terrace on the third floor, which was close to my room. I arrived when it was dark. I thought the room was just OK until the morning and got those views from several windows. The rooms were very bright and airy and spotlessly clean. Not modern, but full of Florida charm. This was a last minute getaway and the hotel I usually stay at wasn't available. Page Terrace would now be my first choice now.
Disliked: No restroom round pool so had to walk up to room on third floor to use the bathroom. Next time I will request a room on a lower floor. There is no elevator.

Liked: The location was wonderful, the beach was right behind the property, and both times I stayed here I had a gulf view! I stayed in January and came back in February because it was so clean and the views were incredible.

Liked: The location of the Page Terrace cannot be beat. Along the beachfront and town beach promenade, it was easy to get to the beach and the nearby Treasure Island amenities. This was our first trip to the Sun Coast without renting a car, but the uber ride from the airport was easy and inexpensive, the hotel is very conveniently located near a Publix and a Walgreens, as well as many good restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was immaculately clean, the owners and staff very professional and friendly, and for the "mom-and-pop" old style Florida hotel with kitchenettes, this place is great. We appreciated that overall, Treasure Island has kept the big chains away from the beachfront lodging and enjoyed our time at the Page Terrace. It was also quite fun to meet repeat guests who have been going there for years.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't love was the weather, and that is not within their control.

Very good and we will...

Liked: It is a very good hotel well clean and with some very good maintenance being done. Room has enough space and it is very close to the sand. The beach is also very beautiful. We were lucky to see sand statues in front the hotel.
Disliked: I did not see elevator. If you have mobility issues ask to be in the first floor.

Liked: Location is perfect. Family owned busines they were always there msking sure you had everything you needed
Disliked: No elevators so walking up to the third floor got to be tiring
