Exceptional
Liked: the general manager is a very generous lady, the room was immaculately clean, everything seemed to be pretty new, the schnitzel was delicious, the beer cold and the distance to Padstow station, a few stops from SYD airport, short.

Excellent location and good room...
Liked: It was right next to the train and bus stop which was great for travel to and from the airport and Accor Stadium. I also liked that there was a sink and mirror in the room.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room and towels. An extra pillow would have been good.

Don't stay here!
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: This hotel is absolutely terrible. I had to complain to the manager about the state of the shared bathrooms, with dirty towels lying on the floor and other guests personal items left in the showers. The entry to the rooms is just awful, a filthy staircase around the back which smells of urine. There is supposed to be an entrance via the bar inside the hotel, but that is closed off to guests and only available to be used by staff! I would never stay here again. The room we had looked was dark and looked onto a large industrial stove funnel presumably from the kitchen. Just awful.
