Clean and comfortable place to...

Liked: The location is great for touring the area. It's a drive or a fair walk to get into Monterey and there's not much to do in the area around the hotel. We were out all day exploring so that did not matter to us.
Disliked: The staff could have been a little more friendly. The gentleman was ok but the lady needs to work on her customer service skills.

An easy choice in Monterey...

Liked: Padre Oaks is a delight! It’s a classic motel but in excellent condition. The grounds and interiors are immaculate. Super nice staff, we’ll be back!
