Excellent location for our needs.

Liked: Clean, easy access to scalloping trips, etc.
Disliked: The door seemed a little off and had quite a gap when closed allowing light and bugs to enter the room.

Disliked: The pool was closed the whole time we was there that was a downer

Not as advertised

Disliked: I didnt even stay they said it was s a 1 bedroom suite it was an efficiency with a pull out couch not as advertised and when I asked for a refund as I was not staying was told it was not possible which it was and booking wouldn't even help me out

The place met my one...

Liked: The location was great, right on the river bank with boating to see the manatees. The beds were comfortable. Lots of people seem to be enjoying the pool and the tiki bar. It was fairly quiet after everybody arrived. The facility seemed to be full on a weeknight. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The A/C worked well.
Disliked: The Wi-Fi worked well for 2 to 3 hours. They had two possible connections, but neither of them worked at all after it went out for the rest of the night or even into the next morning. The room was older and basic. There was about a 1 inch step up on the way to the bathroom. The tub was a little higher than in most hotels. My wife couldn’t get any hot water when she took a shower, but it worked fine for me a few hours later. Breakfast was a muffin, granola bar, apple, and small water in a to go bag. I happily accepted the bag for later and went to McDonald’s down the street.

Liked: On the water and has a restaurant
Disliked: The pool was dirty, and the hot tub was broken. And that’s exactly why we booked it. If I were u, call a day before u go if u want those. A customer told me it has been broken for over a week. But of course the hotel or staff did not notify me ahead that amenities were not as advertised. But wouldn’t give me a discount, or refund or even offer a free next stay voucher. Nothing but a oh well. Oh u have to pay for breakfast and coffee. Nothing is free
