Great location and a proper...

Liked: Friendly and welcoming staff, breakfast was good (more pastry options maybe!), beds were massive and super comfy and a proper sized bath!!!

Liked: Mostly clean and friendly, reasonable value
Disliked: Small improvements such as removing lids on chafing dishes at breakfast buffet to make it easier and faster to serve, and replenishing items such as tissue box in room would improve guest experience

Adequate.

Liked: The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable
Disliked: The rooms were cold and difficult to heat. The heating system was inadequate and fortunately not winter. The electrical wiring was poor with obvious faults ie incorrect switches over bed and hall lighting. Damp on bathroom ceiling not repainted.

A good price with an...

Liked: The room was clean and there was enough space for two of us. The evening meal and breakfast were very good as was the bar staff. It was very quiet at night and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: A little surprised that the shower head was fixed at a low height, for a six foot tall person. This made it difficult to have a head to toe wash, but the pressure was good.
