Liked: Nice location - we got a free upgrade to a room with full ocean view by a lovely booking in member of staff. She was so helpful and a free bottle of bubbles was sent up to our room for our Anniversary. Beds were very comfy and the location was great.
Disliked: Rooms were outdated and needed upgraded. When we checked out - there were 5 nembers of staff milling around the front desk area all chatting, whispering and giggling - not engaging and quite unprofessional- which was a shame as a complete contrast to the personal service we received on checking in.

Liked: the location was amazing The size of room was wonderful The beds were comfy the staff were lovely the pool was in a lovely place
Disliked: The decor is really tired The carpet is really old and feels awful under your feet.. felt quite dirty and worn. Really ruined the stay. The electrics were faulty in my room I had a flashing light which when replaced with a new lamp continued to flash. Please change the carpets...

Disliked: The staff was very loud in the AM very close to the room door. Like at 7 am screaming outside the door preparing to start their day. Woke us up both mornings. Outside our door there was the ice machine which also was so loud. The room was dark at night. Not enough lamps too get decent lighting
