Decent stay but needs work

Liked: The size and location of the property was good.
Disliked: The room wasn’t very clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom door didn’t latch closed even after maintenance checking the door. Not enough staff to freshen up the room each day I was there. Staff doubled booked another couple to my room on the second night. Hot tub inside the pool area was broken down and the staff couldn’t give clear answers as to when it was going to be fixed. Staff didn’t tell us the hot tub wasn’t working when we booked the room.

Good

Liked: Great indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs. Beautiful view from the restaurant.
Disliked: Older room with door to adjacent room. Noise from other room was very loud. Had to roll a towel up to block noise. Hotel restaurant was a poor experience. We had to wait over an hour to receive our meal and even then the pizza was burnt.Seemed like new staff and a lot of disorganization.

Nice location

Liked: It was beautiful. Amenities were nice.
Disliked: Would have been better with two full beds and not one pull out but we made it work. Restaurant was excellent.

nice quiet place

Liked: peaceful and quiet, great outdoor hot tub and indoor pool facilities
Disliked: no cups to drink out of in the room other than paper coffee cups,

Liked: The outside hot tub area was great and the view
Disliked: Our room was really dirty and had dog pre under the bed . They changed us rooms to one that had broken blinds and missing phone but atleast it was clean
