Check your rooms thoroughly before...

Liked: I love the facilities, pools and hot tubs are great. On-site restaurant was good. Front desk staff was wonderful.
Disliked: Housekeeping was an issue. Our room was not cleaned properly, a piece of clothing from the previous people was found on the bathroom floor. No housekeeping to come re-clean. Front desk staff came up and helped remove and clean the area. Beds are noisy to get in and out of. Had trouble with getting help from housekeeping the whole time.

Liked: The room was exactly what we needed and then some. The dish washer and laundry were an added bonus
Disliked: We had the door sign flipped to have our room made up 2 days in a row when we knew we’d be out all day and it didn’t get done either time. Not a big deal, the main thing we needed was the garbage a recycling emptied

Liked: The grounds are gorgeous, the food is great, the service is good.
Disliked: The bed in room 710B was horrific this time both my partner and i have kinked backs and necks after this visit. And the neighbors were super loud.
