A nice, clean, pleasant place...

Liked: The rooms are clean, quiet, and spacious. It felt very private. We were upgraded to a larger King room which was adjacent to the elevator, and the sound was not distracting.
Disliked: The televisions are not Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc enabled, but I brought a Roku stick and made it work. Also, there is no microwave in the room, and a call to request one from the front desk did not yield a useful result.

Liked: We had a great stay! The room on the 8th floor was spacious and offered stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night. We also really enjoyed the facilities—the swimming pool was clean and inviting, and the fitness center was well equiped. The staff at the reception desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.
Disliked: The hotel could benefit from some upgrades, as the furniture felt dated and showed noticeable signs of wear. Additionally, the escalator from the mezzanine level (elevators) to the lobby was out of order for several days, which was rather inconvenient and seemed to take a bit too long to repair.

Quality of service and technical...

Liked: The rooms were big enough and the view was nice.My wife and I had dinner at the Red Restaurant in the hotel. The food was delicious, but I didn't like the smell of fish at the entrance of the restaurant.
Disliked: I can't say the same for all the staff but some of them seemed quite reluctant. Especially the reception staff gave us a lot of trouble about payment. Our access to the room was restricted while our belongings were in the room and we had to go down to the lobby from the upper floors several times to find a solution. We had 2-3 different problems with the payment process. Although I confirmed that the payment was received several times, they kept us busy again and again due to their own mistakes.There were two hot water outages in one week and on both occasions we had to shower with cold water.The shower head was very bad; it only provided one level of water flow, which made showering difficult.The water pump in the toilet was faulty, we had to constantly adjust it, the toilets are in urgent need of an overhaul.Very early in the morning you may have to wake up to the noise of guests coming to play golf. I wouldn't recommend it if you like to sleep or prefer quiet.
