Great location, good staff and...

Liked: Staff were very nice and obliging. The hotel is in a great location, 2 blocks from Kushiro Beach Park. Plenty of restaurants, shops etc in an easy walk.
Disliked: A bit dated.

excellent location, adequate stay, but...

Liked: Location definitely 5+ stars. Size and functionality of room for a family. Enjoyed rooftop pool
Disliked: Interior decor is rather dated and tired (not great value given hotel pricing). Sofa bed not comfortable, with lean into the middle. Hotel staff said they would attempt to arrange early check in and we appreciate they can’t guarantee, but once we arrived they made no effort to coordinate timing of room being available with cleaning staff.
