Liked: What breakfast??? We have been charged NZ$40.53 for what???Also you received payment for 3 nights but we were only booked for 2☹️Will get our agent to sort hopefully!

Liked: close to the airport and free shuttle are the only advantages
Disliked: The only advantage of this hotel was its location close to the airport. Everything else was a letdown. The room was tiny and felt like a box – hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. It was a sleepless night, and thankfully, we only stayed for one. Unfortunately, there are no good hotels near the airport in Honolulu, which explains the high price for such a poor experience. The pool shown in the photos is very misleading – it's actually tiny in real life, cleverly photographed to look bigger.

Beautiful convenient location for a...
Liked: Centrally located to the airport and all of the sites we wanted to see. Outside spaces were nice. The pool was nice even though I didn’t get in. It was surrounded by beautiful tropical flowers. The staff was very friendly whether they were front desk, shuttle, or housekeeping. We really enjoyed conversing with Sam and we enjoyed the kitty cat.

Liked: I honestly don't know why this hotel's average rating is 6.5. They are very good. The hotel is simple but very clean and tidy. The service is excellent. They provide a free shuttle service from the airport that is super fast. There is coffee available in the lobby from 4 am, which is great because we leave early for activities in Oahu. The hotel has free parking. The room has a microwave and refrigerator. I read that many people complained about the noise from a nearby construction project, which is now over and that it will greatly increase the value of stays there because there is a monarail leaving the airport for Waikiki and it stops right around the corner from the hotel. Excellent! I will be back many times!

Liked: Hotel is very close to the Honolulu Airport. They offer a free airport shuttle which runs every 30 minutes. You have to call them which is a bit inconvenient if you have to pay for international calls like we had to but the instructions on the phone were very clear and everything went well. It's a good place to stay for one night right before or after your flight. For a long term stay I wouldn't recommend it.
