Don't stay at Pacific Inn...

Liked: The only thing I liked was that it was so close to the beach.
Disliked: The facility is run down and looks like cockroaches have taken over. Management was insanely rude to every customer I saw them interact with. The Jacuzzi did not work and the pool was filthy. The sheets in the room had huge blood stains on them and the room still had trash in the trash cans from the previous guest I'm assuming.

Poor

Liked: Booked & payed for my stay online before arrived at facility. Request an extra towel/blanket IN ADVANCE along w/my booking online if available due to my long hair and wanted to ensure comfortability. No response to my request or acknowledgement to it when i checked in. I received an email the NEXT DAY AFTER I CHECKED OUT regarding my request saying this....Dear Susannah Johnson,Please be aware that some hotel services or amenities, potentially including lobby coffee service and/or pool availability, may be disrupted while we work to support our guests and team members during the COVID-19 outbreak. All guests are encouraged to bring their own personal sanitizers and health items, pending continued shortfalls of available supplies. Please contact the hotel directly should you have any questions relating to your stay. Sincerely,Pacific Inn-Will not be referring friends & family to this location anymore!!

Disappointing.

Liked: Nothing. This place was disgusting.
Disliked: Everything. This motel is so unkept. Everything was dirty and dingy. The staff was clearly on drugs. Drug dealers I. The parking lot at all hours of the day.

Exceptional

Liked: Beach was hella close
Disliked: The girls

Passable

Liked: Pool and a spa
Disliked: It’s pretty old and there’s mold by the staff place I don’t know what’s it name

Bad

Liked: Absolutely nothing. This place was in terrible condition. The room was dirty. The grounds are dirty. Everything about this place is dirty.
Disliked: Everything. This was a horrible stay. The entire motel is so dirty. Nothing is clean. The balcony is covered in cigarette ashes the room is in terrible condition. No one should stay here. It’s not safe. There are drug dealers in the parking lot. The staff is clearly on drugs.

Bad

Disliked: The room had a musty odor. The TV didn't work. Burn marks in the blanket. Microwave was dirty. The air conditioner sounded like a jet engine.

Just bad

Liked: Nothing maybe location.
Disliked: Nothing dirty loud. No extra pillows ting towels. Up stairs people stay up all night. Just not costumers service. Never again. Not worth the price. This place should not even be on booking.com

photos were deceptive as bedding...

Liked: Location is nice however the facility needs to be heavily renovated.
Disliked: Facility was very run down and in need of renovations and new bedding! In heavy need of paint - new mattresses, sheets etc. sheets had burn holes, mattresses were brown and stained. King mattress and bed was loud and sunken into the springs.
