Really good for the price.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful.The room was clean and larger than I had last time I stayed.
Disliked: The shared bathroom was quite a distance from my room.

Not worth the price

Liked: Room is spacious.
Disliked: Firstly, too hot. Not recommended during summer, as no ac unit, and the fan is not enough. Furthermore, because it is beside one of the main streets, it is so loud and noisy outside, and because it was too hot, we can't close the window to shut the noise out. Next, it was not indicated that their main hall is on the first floor and there was no lift, it's difficult if you've got luggages and a buggy. Corridors are narrow. Very much outdated rooms and T&B.
