Liked: The room was dysfunctional in all possible ways. We stayed with 2 children in what looked like an attic room. The ceiling window must have leaked onto one of the beds, which was wet. The guy in charge could not move us to another room and promised this would be looked at the next day. It never happened. We had to stay in this room which had a wet mattress. The extra duvet that was given to us to sleep on top was the only solution provided. This is unacceptable! We stayed for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned. Additional/clean towels were just left on the floor each day. The room was dusty throughout. The only reason we continued to stay there was because of its convenient location, but for the first time in my life, I did not look forward to go back to a hotel room to sleep as it was so awful. You better spend a bit more and stay elsewhere.

Liked: Price good. Good location close to train to city.
Disliked: Very budget accom, get what you pay for. We were told could check in early. Arrive and told would need to wait 45 min (until after 2pm which is usual check in time). Not happy as had travelled 24hrs at that point. Room gloomy with patchy wall paper. Shower door didn’t close so water everywhere. Didn’t get a shower mat. Absolutely fine for a quick night though!
