Very pleasant at a convenient...

Liked: Central location. Clean,adequate facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. Exceptional restaurant.
Disliked: There were no negatives.

Ok, wouldn't book here again...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Noisy, noises from lifts clunking, sounds from outside, cars, trucks, yelling, not a very soundproof room.Pillows were too firm, had to purchase ones from shops as there were no options in hotel.Balcony door was jammed, difficult (if not impossible) to open.
