Was only in Brisbane for...

Liked: Arrived just prior to 11 pm . Staff member at reception was very friendly and efficient and processed my booking very quickly .Room was excellent quality , quiet and amenities were perfect .Proximity to Roma Street Station meant I could walk there rather than having to pay for a Taxi if I stayed elsewhere in Brisbane .Also 24 hour reception is great as interstate trains are often running late
Disliked: Everything was perfect .

Liked: The staff was really helpful and allowed me to switch to a room that was more quiet. Room was pretty large. Furnishing was good. Good location at walking distance of city center.
Disliked: All rooms were a bit noisy (either due to construction of a major hospital next door or because of other sources). Cleanlineds could be improved a little.Would not recommend the Italian restaurant that is part of the hotel.

Comfy, convenient and friendly

Liked: I enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Spring Hill and would stay again. Bedroom was massive and it was great having a balcony with a big window and being able to open the door for fresh air. Room was well appointed: plenty of towels and coat hangers, tissues, soap and shampoo etc. The bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The main light switch was over by the door, so a little inconvenient, but no big deal. There is currently a major building construction going on nextdoor, which didn't bother me, but some may be bothered by morning noise - I could hear it, but it wasn't loud.
