It was comfortable and convenient...

Liked: The convenience of the location, close to the hospital.it was good that a restaurant was available.
Disliked: While the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable, there was no coffee machine or water glasses.

Shopping and event weekend with...

Liked: We enjoyed the comfortable bed and the bathroom room was spacious.
Disliked: The car park was a nightmare to drive through. A standard vehicle was a tight fitting.

IT system and signage needs...

Liked: Nice location,comfortable. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: Took quite a bit of finding, sat nav had us there but very bad signage didn't even say Mercure had to go in and ask if it was correct hotel. Didn't have us down for correct rooms or breakfast included which we had booked. But staff sorted us even though it was late by that time!
