Disliked: Parking $25 a day - not noted anywhere just says available. Arrived and room had not been made up, so had to return to reception, offered a drink , free parking x new room was ok. But was not set up for 3 people, only 2 cups etc. was not a $400 room. Parking is extremely tight - would not be good for any car bigger than a Prado.

Avoid this place.

Liked: Unprofessional staff, dirty place absolutely no value for money.
Disliked: Check in process, staff unprofessional behaviour, condition of the place and the room was disgusting.

Excellent customer service and comfortable...

Liked: The young lady on reception was very friendly and so helpful with arranging an early check in to help us out on a messy day. The room was very comfortable and the whole experience was positive.

Liked: Staff were friendly
Disliked: When I booked in my air conditioning in the room was broken a d the room was very cold. Staff did bring me a heater while tech was contacted and attended. He got the temp up a couple of degrees but still cold. Next day was upgraded as I was told. Still had construction outside of the room but was told by staff I was on the other side. TV was old and had to go through the internet to get pay TV apps. It has less pillows and the shower wasn't as firm as the other room. I would have preferred the first room if the air conditioning worked.

Disliked: The aircon wasn't working, but staff were quick to troubleshoot & provided a heater that did the job perfectly.
