Disliked: False advertisement, the room is not like the photos. Also lights were both flickering and the bathtub was in terrible condition, cracking noises when taking showers.

Liked: The property is located on Laguna Beach. That was the only good thing about the property.
Disliked: Paying over $500 a night for a tiny, coffin-sized roadside motel room.

Disliked: Did not inform us we had to be 21 so they didn’t let us stay and showed no concern.

Liked: The view from the balcony was incredible
Disliked: Facility was dirty. Staff was rushed, overwhelmed, and unhelpful.. Hard to navigate the layout. Towels were impossible to find. Room was dirty. Pool was dirty.. Parking is not a daily rate. You are charged extra if you check in before 2, and then are charged extra if you want to stay past 11. We checked in at 135, and we're charged $16 because it was before 2pm. Then, we're told it would be extra, per hour, if we wanted to keep out car past the 11am check out. There is only one small wall unit for air conditioning. Room was very hot all night

Liked: Beds and towels were clean. That’s about it.
Disliked: -wifi didn’t work-TV kept cutting out & showing no signal -everything is falling apart inviting kitchen, flooring, bathroom. It doesn’t cost much to update taps or door handles. I’ve stayed in old places but this is next level. -valet parking- never answer when you call

Only positive is beach.

Disliked: Several broken items in room. Room is noisy can hear traffic and conversations from attached room. Minuscule bathroom.
