Disliked: The air conditioning in my room wouldn’t turn off when I wanted it too and I had to ask reception to turn it off, the locking mechanism on my door kept making strange noises all throughout my stay and there was a random knocking all throughout the night that reception were unable to explain.

Good location in Central Amsterdam

Liked: Great location on a tram route into the city centre and Central Station. Lots of restaurants and bars around to choose from. Overlooking a canal in a very picturesque area. The staff were very helpful.
Disliked: Air conditioning was noisy and the curtains didn't cover the width of the window.

Liked: The location was very good . Easy access to the Central Station and many other tourist attractions.if you like walking, this would be the best place to stay because of the location
Disliked: The room that I was in had small ants that they would climb to the bed and that was so annoying.I think the hotel should invest in maintenance of the wood floors used in the rooms. Because of lack of maintenance, there ants on small holes which were in the room.
