Liked: The peace and quiet over shadows the minor problems of the hotel.
Disliked: The maid staff on Saturday morning bursted into my room at 11:01 am. No courtesy. Was getting dressed to check out and the door swung open. Just rude.

Unfriendly Staff/Sketchy vibe
Disliked: I smelled weeds in my hall way; sketchy people were walking around downstairs ; the reception lady was unfriendly :( Her attitude was aloof and answers were short as if she was very done with her job :(

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: My room key didn?t work. Had to go back to the desk twice. The second time I went down I had to wait 20 minutes for the desk clerk to return. Breakfast? Just say no.

Liked: Adrian is THE MOST PROFESSIONAL STAFF MEMBER. She is Polished and Excellent at Customer Service which creates loyalty. The Owner would do well to remember that customer loyalty is even more important, when your building is falling apart, full of mildew, in need of paint and just plain dirty, throughout. Nancy's Breakfast...
Disliked: You should have a rating of the OWNER. My rating at this facility would be poor. This owner put me and my child through absolute misery yesterday over some random penalty fee for early cash pay partial. Since, this "Owner" insisted the penalty be paid FIRST before the room rate; It was out nto the rain and darkness for a third time so they could gouge us out of more cash... it cost us our vehicle, which finally just stopped on the Highway. The staff knew our vehicke had been hit head on and was leaking. In their parking lot. Then the 1 hour walk back at Midnight in the rain! I have been a Frequent Customer in Good Standing, too! CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND LOYALTY...LOOK THAT UP !

Liked: Breakfast was good it had everything that I & my son eat , I always loved this hotel & the location that its in & the staff was wonderful

Liked: Fine older hotel. Everything was clean and utilitarian. About what I expected for $50.
Disliked: Lighting was poor.
