Disliked: Disabled access to upper rooms is locked at night.. my rooms faced the rear of restaurant and was woken up in early hours by glass being thrown away. Noisy people hanging around outside. Cold room,no air con. Expensive. Paid less for a Hilton room with gym 24 room service and bar. Worth quiet temp controllable rooms. Would avoid if a choice were available

Disliked: Noisy in the night with doors banging and some one walking up and down the corridor kept us awake most of the night

Liked: Room was nice, and clean. They serve lovely food, especially Angela's Steakhouse which is adjoined to The Oyster Fleet, the steak burger was delicious, and my husband had a steak which he thought was delicious also. The staff were very nice and friendly, which made our stay all the better.
Disliked: Although the bed was a good bed, both my husband and I just didn't find it that comfortable, mattress was a bit too firm for our liking.

Liked: Beds very comfy, rooms warm and a good shower. Bar prices reasonable. Came for a 70th, the function room was excellent and well staffed.
