Disliked: I've been asked to leave a review but I didn't actually stay this hotel, I booked it and about ten minutes later I had a missed call while at work, attempted to listen to the voicemail but it was a pretty poor quality message but I managed to make out "villa rose room you have booked isn't available as the property is being renovated we have moved your booking to....." Couldn't make out the hotel name, no email to confirm the new hotel, directions nothing. Called the number back and they took forever to even find my booking and when requested they send me the hotel details via email i was told they couldn't send me a confirmation, told the person on the call that I will need the information in writing so I have it to refer to when travelling. I did receive an email in the end. And then to the hotel we were moved to, for the money I paid was not expecting much, never do when booking cheap but took a bath after a day of travelling and then went out, we were in the arcades for 3 hours and when we got back there was still an inch of the bath water draining through, shower the following morning turned into a bath for my feet. Awful drainage and our room was the first in the corridor and the door that opens to go down that hallway just slams constantly. But like I said that's not this hotel because I booked here but got put there so this one may actually be better

Liked: Paid for the accommodation up front for two night and couldn’t even access the property had to pay for additional accommodation and am still waiting a refund

Disliked: We were contacted by the company saying they had to change our hotel ? We stayed across the road in the little Emily and see it’s being used as a hostel ?? As all sorts were coming and going from there

Disliked: Never stayed at the villa rose as it was closed was transferred to a derelict hostel building with no staff and had to pick hotel key up from a different hotel worst stay and experience of. My life in a hotel stay and staff were no were ro be seen and customer service was not helpful at all

Disliked: was unable to get in the property, looked a mess outside weeds and fag buts... code didnt work for door... after one hour of trying to call a number that was valid we were then told we had been moved to another hotel due to renovations and they had been trying to reach me to advise. absolute lies, no call no text no email. The other hotel was ok but at the other end of the main strip that we wanted, no apology no discount no anything

Disliked: This property changed the place i stayed, so I went to the hotel (the dolphin)that you changed me to, and the hotel was unafe at best and honestly unfit for purose. I walked into the reception and was greeted by what I could only describe as a storage room with old mattresses, pillows, bedding etc,I will attach pictures. I went through a door and was met by the next door with broken glass, I proceeded up the stairs to what I can only describe as a mess. Although the bed was clean, nothing else was there was a lock on the connecting door that didn't work. The curtains were not on properly. The tiles in the bathroom were unsafe. The window in the bathroom didn't lock, so anyone could get in at any time. Also, the fire doors were open , and the sliding doors at the back were open. The stairway was dirty. I really do not know how anyone would stay in the property. I spoke to a lady on the phone and she said there was nothing she could do. I want a refund.
