I have traveled a lot...

Liked: In the picture you see there is no lobby or table chairs for dining... The room were not clean. In the middle of our stay we can back to get ready for a business event. It smelled like gas so bad could not breath. They have no air we open the window all the way. They had sprayed a chemical for bed bugs while we were all there in the rooms. So unhealthy we had to wait as late as we can to come back like 1-2 in the morning so we could sleep. I want to know how booking .com can get us a refund for the two days you should not represent hotels like this I expect way more since I use Booking .com many times a year...

Bad

Disliked: I recently stayed at this property in London and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I checked in, the service was unwelcoming and indifferent. There was no sense of hospitality or effort to make the guest feel comfortable. The room itself was poorly maintained and lacked even the most basic amenities. There was no shower gel or soap provided for the bathroom — something you'd expect to be standard. Even more concerning, the bed had bedbugs, which made it impossible to get a proper night's sleep. This is not just unacceptable, it’s a serious health and hygiene issue.Additionally, there was no bottle of water in the room, and the kettle provided was visibly unclean, making it unusable. These small details reflect the lack of care and attention to guests’ needs.I do not recommend staying here. For the price and location, there are far better and cleaner options in London. I hope management takes serious steps to improve the quality and cleanliness of this place.

Only suitable for able bodied

Liked: Location and the younger receptionist was kind.
Disliked: It was not very suitable for my situation. I walk with a stick so narrow staircases, slippery shower floors made me nervous. The older receptionist made me feel I was a nuisance.

It was fine.

Liked: Location was wonderful, far enough away that it wasn't noisy from traffic but close enough for transport.
Disliked: The "Shower Room" wasn't my favourite, the entire bathroom flooded when I showered. The biggest problem was the slow drain so everything stayed wet for a lot time.

Sit on toilet while showering

Liked: Proximity to Victoria station was a good point. But that's pretty much it
Disliked: Where do we begin ? I booked a room for one large bed, we got a room with 2 separate small beds. I would have understood if we got any heads-up about that, but not a single mention was made.We enter the room to find out it is the most peculiar hotel room I've seen in my life (and I've been to Asian, American [both south and north], European and African countries). So we enter through what appears to be the bathroom/toilet one room from the entrance. The bathtub consist of a 30cm square space next to the toilet sink. And when I mean "next", I mean the toilet sink is less than 50cm away from the bathtub without any separation. Which practically mean you could take a shower while seating on the toilet (if you fancy this sorta thing). And since the toilet is small and nearly placed against the wall, you can't even sit straight.Pass this unconventional room, we find the two beds in the next room. The beds aren't confortable. But that's not it, there a foul odour that always stained the room (something like cauliflower). We had to keep the window opened all the time, but it still remained marked by this odour.I understand getting a small room can sometimes require some adjustment in the way you handle appliances, but I find it odd to open an hotel room walking through a toilet bathtub room. I dont recommend going there

Value for money.

Liked: Ideal for overnight stay. Had seen some other reviews so pleasantly surprised on arrival. Very small and basic but only one night stay so pleased with stay. Not suitable for long stay.
