Disliked: From a very uncomfortable bed to a dirty room . Very disappointed.

Exceptional

Only good for 1 night

Liked: I liked the location since it's super close to Victoria Station it was easy to get to all places. The staff was nice and friendly.
Disliked: The rooms were extremly small, there's no shower curtain/box so the whole bathroom gets wet. We had water overflow since the drain was clogged with sooo much hair. No AC, the rooms get extremely hot and it wasn't even hot in London!
