Liked: Its very convenient to all u need to see in London very very friendly staff alway smile and helpful
Disliked: The bed need a mattress topper as it was very lumpy from springs

Won't be booking with Oyo...

Liked: Location was where we expectd
Disliked: Room was extremely small as was the combined toilet/basin and shower. Beds were 'old' and spring mattresses creaked badly.

Liked: There was a drink station on the stairs.
Disliked: How tiny the bathroom was, no lift (we were on the top floor, 4th). You could hear the person in the next room showering, the extractor fan and then that person leaving early in the morning. The beds were hard and the toilet seat came off everytime we sat on it. There were also some stains on the bedding.
