Liked: The location of this area was the only thing I liked. This hotel is in a very decent area, other than that…the place is terrible.
Disliked: CHARGED EXTRA FEES. Online booking fee, visitors fee….I can go on. They had so many hidden fees. SAVE YOUR MONEY. The workers were rude and I called booking.com, they only kept me on hold then one of the employees for booking hung up in my face… there’s a $15 visitors fee, 42 dollars online booking fee. You have to pay with the card in the name of the booker or in cash, which is sketchy to pay in cash. The employee at the hotel got upset that we were reading the contract and told us to hurry up. They leave the back door for the hotel open at night. Lobby plants are dead along with roaches, the pool is drained and dirty. I try to be more understanding but this experience was just awful, on the hotels side and booking.com. I knew what k was getting into so my standards weren’t that high but it was worst than I could have imagined. Plus I never write reviews but I rather stop people from getting scammed from extra fees, the workers kept complaining and saying “you were better just booking in person, that’s not our fault.” Which doesn’t explain the random fees or hidden ones THAT AREN’T LISTED. It wasn’t in the contract or on the website, when I called booking.com the AI bot was the least of my worries, the employees kept putting me on hold then claimed I have to talk to the hotel. What was my last straw was an employee hanging up on me while they had me on hold. (No the call didn’t drop, the employee put a hold then hung up after they hit hold)

Liked: Absolutely nothing. It was nasty. There were dried boogers all over the walls. The floor were dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. The staff was so rude when I arrived and treated me so poorly. I will NEVER use this company again or recommend it to anyone.
Disliked: Staff. Everything was dirty. It stunk. Nothing had been cleaned.

OYO is worth the price

Liked: The layout is great. The room looks like mini apartment The mattress is firm. I prefer medium firm. I have been here a few times and it is always peaceful

Liked: The room was nice and big and the staff were very nice.
Disliked: The bathroom was covered in black mold. Definitely a health hazard.
