Disliked: 1. We stayed in 201. 2. I notified front desk the shower was not working . She said someone would be in to fix it . No one fixed it . I requested to move rooms and was told another room was unavailable. We had to put a washcloth between the tub and drain to let the water drain from the tub. we had use a washcloth to wash off. instead of taking a shower. 3. The pool was closed the entire stay. 4. microwave did not work.5. I attempted to get a refund from OYO with no success.

Awful customer service. No one at front desk to return key card to.

Liked: Staff that checked us in the first night very nice and accommodating .
Disliked: Wash rags missing. The stairs outside and hall way on second floor had no lights on. Problem did get better after reported. Plumbing coming out of wall in bathtub Pool not open and was advertised No Billard or excersize room. No tv remote at first
