Disliked: The staff is lazy and rude and need to learn to speak to the customers instead of getting loud and hateful. Indian not appreciate being told I had given her a wrong number when in fact she was just not in a good mood. Basically called me a liar about what room I was checking out of. And the check in person was no different was more interested in eating instead of trying to ease my check in. Seriously this place lacks customer service

Disliked: The fact that I paid in advance and when I went to check in the clerk said "I don't have any rooms" and wouldn't even look up my name and reservation. I expect all of my money returned

Disliked: Every time I book here and come in, they are sold out. It’s happened more than once and happens a lot. They need to fix their online system so people don’t waste time.

Liked: I liked that the food areas were close.
Disliked: No Laundry room, They Don't serve breakfast no coffee or have danishes or something for breakfast. They are lying about being sold out of rooms. Just the housekeepers are lazy. Miss and hit on rooms with microwaves and refrigerators.

Disliked: They gave are rooms up after we already paid in advance for them I had 12 kids with me for a aau tournament that I paid for out my pocket and if I was broke we would of been sleeping in the car for 2 days worst experience in Oklahoma ever never again
