Some elements were disappointing

Liked: The staff were friendly.The location.The security.
Disliked: The TV didn’t work The pillows were very flimsy and unsupportive The bedside lamps didn’t workNo shower gel

Nice hotel

Liked: Location and affordable price We had 3 rooms and all spotless bedding and towels clean. Highly recommended.
Disliked: Bins in the bathroom rusty

Liked: It had a great location. Staff were lovely. The bedding was made nicely and clean, and we were provided with clean towels.
Disliked: The room although had been cleaned felt very dirty. There were stains on the floor, and the bathroom smelt very nasty, however it was very late by the time we checked in and were leaving the next morning. However we appreciate that it was a good value for the centre of London.

Disliked: It was noisy both from inside and out.It was hot(to be fair the weather was pretty hot).Some lights didn't work,there were a couple of areas that hadn't been cleaned properly.Another pillow would have been nice.The bedding and the chair in the room were well worn.
