Disliked: Friendly warm welcome everything was explain for my 2 nights stay

Disliked: The room was hot and the bathroom was quite small.

Holiday turned into a nightmare

Liked: Nothing much.
Disliked: We had a very bad experience, the second day we were there we realized that my husbands gold ring was missing from the room, spoke to reception and manager they didn't help at all. We asked to see cctv camera they didn't show it to us ,they told us there isn't a camera facing the door to our room.we did a report to police but for nothing.. I won't recommend this place to no one .please be careful if you stay there make sure you put your valuable things in a safe place.

Good

Liked: Very close to Victoria station, though the street is quiet. It is better to use Pimlico tube station as it is easier to walk to the place. It was possible to get the kettle from the reception. Friendly staff. The room was nice, not very small which was a nice surprise for us.
Disliked: The linen ( sheets) on the beds were eiher very old or... someone forgot to change them.

Disappointing

Cheap, comfortable and convenient

Liked: We were able to store our luggage before checking in and after checking out so that we could explore without dragging our bags with us. The room is also quite modern and our room came with a fan!
Disliked: The shower sprayed over the shower door so the bathroom would get soaked when used, the bin in the bathroom also had not been changed from the previous visitors

Very good

Liked: The location is very convenient. Walking distance to Victoria Coach and Train Station.The overall cleanliness is acceptable, including the toilet.
Disliked: Would be better to at least provide tea and coffee facilities.The shower was leaking. Tolerated because it was just a one night stay.
